The Bissell Revolution® HydroSteam™ (3670F) is a dedicated carpet cleaner engineered for deep washing rather than everyday dry vacuuming. Designed to tackle embedded dirt and stubborn stains, it combines water, cleaning solution and motorised brush agitation to refresh carpet fibres.
This model features HydroSteam™ technology, which introduces steam into the cleaning process to help loosen tough messes. The system works alongside Bissell’s brush roll design to agitate carpet fibres while extracting dirty water into a separate tank.
The upright format is intended for full-room carpet cleaning and targeted stain removal. A dual-tank system keeps clean solution separate from dirty water during operation, helping ensure fresh solution is applied throughout the clean.
The Revolution® HydroSteam™ is best suited to households with wall-to-wall carpet, pets or frequent spills that require deeper intervention than standard vacuuming.
